Add manual annotations to META-SHARE

As of now we cannot detect if sentence-segmentation, tokenisation, lemmatisation or POS-tagging already exist in the corpus (i.e. were not done by Sparv). Furthermore we cannot distinguish if annotations were done manually or not. Now we only include this info for annotations that were done by Sparv.
