Pagination of blogs drops category selection

When navigating through the blog entries (https://spring.io/blog) and you select a category like Releases, the url becomes https://spring.io/blog/category/releases and you are presented with the first page of the blogs tagged as release blogs. However, if you click the pagination links at the bottom of the page to get to page two of them, the category section of the URL is dropped giving you the second (and all other pages) unfiltered for the category. You can manually manipulate the URL to be the second page of the filtered list by entering https://spring.io/blog/category/releases?page=2 as an example of what the user would expect.

I believe this issue is similar to #1045 and there has been a PR for it, see #1047.
