curves:

p384, p521, x448, x25519,
implement device selection of ephemeral key curves and make sure the reader picks the correct cure

If brainpool curves are added to the IANA COSE registry, add:
brainpool256r1, brainpool320r1, brainpool384r1, brainpool512r1.
