Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I am trying to update the spyder app but when I attempt to do so, the system trhows the next error:

To do that, please close Spyder, open the Anaconda Prompt (on Windows) or a terminal (on macOS or Linux) and run there

conda install spyder=6
