7. Biodiversity Data Repository - a major Australian Government Linked Data project

Nicholas Car, Kheeran Dharmawardena & Dan Brough all described parts of the BDR and related projects.

The validator API for BDR-relevant data is online at http://ndesgateway.surroundaustralia.com/.

The "NDES" data standard use by the BRD and the validator API is being fleshed out at: https://github.com/surroundaustralia/ndes.

Armin reported on these conferences which he's been attending on and off.

Latest buzz: all about Knowledge Graphs and their use in Machine Learning - for ML and also using ML on KGs to improve/understand them!
