We need a way to add a decryption key. This means

• encrypt the existing AES key to a new keypair.
• You need a way to decrypt and read the files, which we don't have yet. How is this handled in native systems?

This is similar to the Fission system for adding a new device. Ideally we would be decoupled from Fission.

• Need to keep track of the devices linked to an account.
