New IMPULSE Version Beta Release

I just pushed a new version of impulse with the following changes.

1. Full functionality with ATOM NANO and GS-MAX devices.
2. New tab and table in database for user details.

Note user details and settings database are stored on your local machine inside the impulse_data folder .data.db (hidden file)

User information will in later versions be used when publishing a spectrum for other Impulse users to see.

More work to do on that.
