Support displaying duplicated directory trees as single results

Showing duplicated directory trees as single entries rather than massive lists of file-oriented dupe groups would be much more useful but will require a non-trivial increase in CPU or memory requirements. (So it should be made optional)

Given that this is similar to what diff -qr does, I'll want to investigate existing tools, libraries, and literature before implementing this.
