The pending state for comments and posts creates an impulse to wait

This dovetails in #1350. In general, we want stackers to not have to feel like they should wait for a potentially slow lightning payment

I think we are also waiting for a server response (with the added latency of invoice generation) to update the UI causing this to seem even slower.
