When logging out and logging in with private pin, sometimes the chats list becomes blank

@tomsmith8 I disabled private pin feature on iOS and Mac for now until I can figure out the issue that is causing blank chats list for Paul. I have a theory that the issue is caused by a mess up between platforms since pins are stored in keychain, and keychain is shared between iOS and Mac. So if you logout and switch to your private pin on one client that could cause issues in the other and mess everything up. The long term solution would be to unlink pins between platforms, I will work on that in the next days
