3D recostruction from SEM image

Hi,

I'm a new users of Stardist-imageJ. i'm trying to combine the capability of stardist algorithm of detect the fluorescent to extract the shape of my object and labkit to make a probabilty map base on the same principle of intensity of fluorescence. however i have problem to mix the two result to obtain my 3d recostruction.
