Daemon Log Upgrades

The daemon log currently is a file in the [rails root]/tmp directory. There are many changes to make this more robust.

1. Move log to mysql database
2. Auto refresh the web page for logs
3. Send data using json, possibly with client side caching to minimize load on server
4. Link daemon log to service page
5. Filter by team name
6. Filter by service type (http, dns, etc)
