Add methods for testing hrpsys 315.2.x to acceptancetest_hironx.py #294

It's good to be able to check core command set by acceptancetest_hironx.py. Robot users are advised to quick-start by this script as well.

For example, getCurrentPosition being able to specify frame is only available after hrpsys 315.2.5.

Actually I don't know what other new stuff in hrpsys 315.2.x we should check.
