Error running msqrob2gui

Dear Lieven,

I am writing to you because I am testing the msqrob2gui graphical environment and as soon as I start the web application I get this error in the console:

Warning: Unable to infer variable name for metaReactive because no srcref is available. Please report an issue to https://github.com/rstudio/shinymeta/issues/new

Also when you click on the 'Generate Annotation File' button this message appears: "Error: 'con' is not a connection" , which is also displayed in the console:

Warning: Error in readLines: 'con' is not a connection

Am I doing something wrong or is this version still quite unstable?
