Describe the bug

[BUG]
In some situation the bot does not lower the volume directly...
It elapses 0.9 seconds after the start of the music, which causes an ear burst.

[Features]
Add in the configuration file a way to set the default volume of the bot.

To Reproduce

+volume 10
And play a playlist
