[Features] Play next queue

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When someone wants to play their song next after adding it to a long queue, there's nothing we can do to have that song next and also save the queue.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like either the ability to move songs in the queue (i.e swap songs 2 and 4), or the ability to play a song next.
