API to open scripts in the title formatting sandbox

The plugin should provide an API for other plugins. The API should allow other plugins to open a script in the title formatting sandbox. Saving such a script in the sandbox should update the script in the other plugin. The API should allow the other plugin to define additional title formatting functions and fields which should be available in the sandbox.
