On Multisite installations the EO-menu-item-types are all missing from the add new menu item #504

Hi,

we have EO installed on a multisite installation and if I go to a subblog dashboard as a Super-Admin, i get the following options to choose from:

But our Blog-Admins do not see any of these EO related options:

Is this intended behaviour? Do we have to configure something differently?
