Expose filter and sorting settings to URL

Currently, if i want to share filter with someone else, i have to send link to base page and tell which parameters to set up. Instead, these parameters could be exposed to URL every time i change filter/soring, so that I can copy link at any time (or save it for myself), and when it's reopened - it will restore filters/sorting.

Whether to include amount of modules per page / showing static modules / plex contracts / multi contracts or not is arguable.
