Give little delay when loading from cache

I think it'd be useful to add a slight timer like 250ms (outside SSR of course) that waits for the image to be loaded and if so, immediately shows the image not the placeholder. Otherwise as of now, with cached images you'll always see a lot of flickering on each page due placeholder first shown then the images are immediately loaded from cache.
