Feature Request: Send the same custom fields through as we do in MC #36

We send the PMPLEVELID and PMPLEVEL as custom fields in Mailchimp - it would be beneficial to do the same in this Add On.

I know this can be done with a recipe but will also be handy to follow the same behavior.
