As part of a CI run, sample streams are decoded with dec265.exe in wine:

libde265/scripts/ci-run.sh

Line 76 in e255f05

$WINE ./dec265/dec265.exe -q -c ./libde265-data/IDR-only/paris-352x288-intra.bin

This crashes for the 32bit mingw build. Most likely exists for some time, found while looking into #389.
