Very strange, if we get to this screen then we must be blocked on Noosphere (I believe). Maybe there was a backlog of work scheduled for the actor?

Found a lead on this, it appears to be a delay while looking up related notes to the new slug.

We already have an issue to decouple loading the content from the related items: #985

That should also resolve this issue.
