是否可以单独指定“”‘’为双字符宽度进行构建？如何修改呢？
(U+2018, U+2019, U+201C, U+201D)

目前暂不支持，需要修改中文基字，下版本加上

- support full width quote in CN
- make CN ligature fine-grain
- bring back `locl` in ZHH and ZHT

已支持，通过 cv96 开启

可以自行构建，如果本地构建的话需要删除 source/cn ，预计周末发新版本
