Basic functions

Hey this library looks amazing and I'd love to use it. Thanks!

I went through the docs and seems like there are some basic functions missing like min, max etc. In SF, would like to discuss in person if you guys meet up here and see where things are at and if we can contribute.

Hi! One way to get involved is to join our Slack (an invite can be garnered from our website here: Substrait Community Page). There aren't any in-person meetings but the community does meet online every other Wednesday.

Note that we do have the aggregate function min defined here.

The scalar versions (called least and greatest) seem to have stalled a bit in discussion here: https://github.com/substrait-io/substrait/pull/247/files

It would be good to get that wrapped up. I'll add it to the next meeting's agenda.
