I think the site should get simplified. I'm liking http://trypyramid.com/, and a good home page could follow that as opposed to what we have now.

Things that are necessary:

a quick start
a getting started guide (expand on what we already have)
in-depth guides on available components (a vast expansion on what is available now)
api documentation (improve what is in ex_doc now)

Nice to haves:

more video walkthroughs
stronger community/social push. gitter, twitter, github, etc.
