We should change the text in settings page for enabling the task to:

"Report user and role credit consumption to Sundeck (5 minute frequency) to enable limit controls"

I would also welcome any feedback on...

  • The task name itself, currently TASKS.COST_CONTROL_MONITORING
  • The name of the view that users can read to see summaries of the task's execution, currently REPORTING.QUOTA_TASK_HISTORY

These are also easy to fix/tweak
