Something akin to the progress bar show when resettign our data.
It should have progress for finalize_setup always (as it could be run every tim ethe page loads)
finalize_setup
it should also have a progress tracking of the individual jobs/tasks for first data load (not sure exactly how yet, maybe monitoring tasks?)
