Describe the problem

The DB_ENC_KEY and SECRET_KEY_BASE is hardcoded and there is a missing note that the key should be best case adapted before running the application.

Describe the improvement

Add to the Readme File that the values should be changed. Best Case add to the top level values.yaml and allow adding the environment variables via secretRef
