provide autoformat-on-paste option for supported languages

Would it be possible to provide, for some languages, an option to apply an autoformatter to the text before pasting it?

I'm thinking primarily of black here, just because i have a python-centric worldview, but clang-tidy and gofmt and whatnot certainly fit.

This may be a huge ask simply on the basis of dependency resolution, but it'd be cool to repaste-and-format for my primary use of bpa.st, which is help-channel support :)

It's a pretty big change indeed but something I would like, more likely I'd want it on the output state though, as a toggle for paste-viewers. Going to mark it as an enhancement with ideas needed.
