Have the copy and raw options appear above the paste rather than below

It's a bit of an annoyance to scroll past a 500+ line paste just to be able to copy it easily to clipboard/view raw.

In general some thought could be put into the bars currently above/below pastes. My initial idea was to have as little as possible above the paste. But that was when pastes were still single-files.

It seems to me copy/raw could move above the file, and the meta information (expires at/removal link) to the bottom.

Perhaps a minimize/maximize button could be a solve? The minimized paste could still show the first few lines. It would hide that file allowing you to view the other files, as well as bringing the copy/raw buttons up to the top.
