Lay down the foundations of a settings page. It will make configurable:

Theme (light, dark or system), as of writing this there's only light theme, but a dark one is planned too Dark themes #34
Token, as of writing this there's only Bitcoin, but Ethereum (and others) are planned too Wen Ethereum ticker? #38
12h/24h clock format, as of writing this - 24h is hardcoded
UP and DOWN colors (currently hard-coded to green and red)

I imagine this positioned on the bottom right side and called "Customize", similar to the way the default Brave new tab looks like.
