A lot has happened since 0.7.0, most notably, scripts can be global.
windowsBuild-Minimal.zip is for updating either from an older version or from Kade 0.5-0.6, You can install it by dragging and dropping the files from the zip into your install folder.
windowsBuild.zip is for a new install, Extract it to a new folder anywhere and run.|
Please note, this isn't the latest version of the mod, the mod's latest unstable updates can be found on the Discord server, actions page, the unstable branch, or at nightly.link. If you want a stable engine, 0.10.0 is more stable however 0.10.0 is less polished and has far less features
