There are so many changes, Listing them would probably just extend this description more than it should be.
Known bugs as of the posting of this release:

  • Sliders don't work and notes can be weirdly mapped for Osu beatmaps
  • Game crashes when you search for a song and it doesn't exist in Multi and osu listings
  • Keybind menu doesn't correctly save keyboard binds when saving gamepad binds
  • Older mods can't be imported due to them using an older file layout
  • GFPixel's offsets are bugged
  • Most characters have weird offsets on the right
  • Custom GF characters crash the game

Minimal is for updating either from an older version or from normal FNFBR, You can install it by dragging and dropping the files from the zip into your install folder.
Full is for a new install, Extract it to a new folder anywhere and run.
