imageHotArea is listed as custom component but no support is included

Does anyone have an example of using the imageHotArea custom component within a React SurveyJS context? (It doesn't look like support is included for it in surveyjs-widgets.js)

I'm super close to getting this working! :)

The only problem is that the selected click isn't being reflected in the question answers when the survey is completed; e.g., https://plnkr.co/edit/nRaBDEXcbhp0SaJi?preview

You can see that the custom component is adding the coordinates of what was clicked to the question.value but the value is not being reflected in the question responses when the survey is completed. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
