partial ssr using cloudflare adapter?

Hey guys I've been trying to get this working for 2 weeks now with no success.
so for instance I have an e-commerce site on cloudflare pages with 4 pages:

1. landing page
2. product listing
3. product page (dynamic route)
4. dashboard

I'm trying to get the first 2 to be static, then the product page to be server-rendered using workers for SEO, and the dashboard to be SPA. I would like to know is this even achievable?

I'm using adapter-cloudflare. I set prerender: true on the landing page and product listing, and an additional ssr: false on the dashboard. I have a load function on the product page that takes the slug from the URL and query the db with it, hoping that cloudflare workers will server-side render it, which looks to be working, EXCEPT that I got 404 everytime I refresh the product page, same thing if I directly type the URL to a specific product page. But it works if I navigate to the product page from within the app. I'm confused. Also no issues locally. only prod.
