In case dynamic provisioning of storage is not enabled in the OpenShift cluster, a persistent-volume (PV) needs to be created for the syndesis-db deployment (PostgreSQL, default 1 Gi) as it has a persistent-volume-claim (PVC) named syndesis-db. Without this PV in place the syndesis deployment fails.
