Playwright tests pass locally but not in the github action. I need to find out why exactly and get them running again so that we get all the green checks in PRs.

Fixes #1878

Update Playwright test configuration to pass in GitHub action.

* **package.json**
  - Add a new script `test:ci` to run Playwright tests with `--reporter=dot`.

* **.github/workflows/playwright-tests.yml**
  - Update the `Run Playwright tests` step to use `pnpm run test:ci`.

I have solved this bug. Turns out to be fsevents because of '@sentry/profiling-node' I've let the profiling team know. So we either just accept that tests will fail now or remove profiling node until we have a fix.
