branch origin/fhir-updates does not exist

While attempting to follow installation instructions at: https://github.com/synthetichealth/syntheticmass/blob/master/setup/README.md#setup-the-gofhir-server, I was unable to follow the instructions:

"Next, checkout and build the fhir-updates branch of GoFHIR:
$ cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/synthetichealth/gofhir
$ git checkout -b fhir-updates
$ git branch -u origin/fhir-updates fhir-updates # set-up remote tracking
$ git pull
