  • Resolve Travis CI errors (hopefully)
  • update devDependencies in package.json
  • remove extra WebView alloc from iOS bridge implementation
  • remove trailing whitespace from iOS implementation
  • other cleanup of iOS implementation

I have submitted the most important iOS cleanup fixes, will look at the others in the next 1-2 months or so. I hope the submitted fixes will be reviewed soon and merged if they are OK.
