Skip contact matching for recurring payments - might cause contact duplicates

For recurring donations, Twingle are sending the parent transaction ID, which allows for identification of the parent contribution in CiviCRM. Thus, no contact matching is necessary and should be skipped, since it might (for some matching configurations in XCM) cause duplicate contacts be created every time a recurring contribution payment is received.
