Plug-In update overwrites changes in config

Each time the plugin is updated in QGis possible changes to the configuration in folder config are overridden. This is because the update mechanism replaces the whole directory structure of the plugin.

Possible solution: store the config in the user's home-dir. If it is not present or outdated (e.g. due to changes in the format) use the config subfolder of the plugin.
