Listbox anchor="bottom" not respected, help!

Hi dear headless community!

I've run into a bit of an issue. As soon as there isn't enough space on the screen for my ListboxOptions, they appear on top of my ListboxButton, disregarding the anchor="bottom" attribute that has been set on it.

I've replicated the issue here in a minimum repo: Codesandbox

Is there a way for me to

1. Make sure ListboxOptions always get displayed at the bottom?
2. Programmatically detect whether the current ListboxOptions are shown top or bottom? It's important for styling purposes, since I have to "visually merge" the button and listbox together, but the border radius and border visibility styles depend on whether the options are at the top or bottom.
