Hello @singlakdeepak! Thank you for all the screenshots + info you provided! Most likely your issue stems from labeling, you can go through your existing labels again and check for this inconsistency. Let us know if this helps and if you have any other issues! |

Hello,
I am trying to generate a sleap model for a single mouse in the frame. I am currently using SLEAP 1.3.3 and train a "multi-animal top-down" model with max instances =1 and "tail" as the anchor point. Please see a screenshot of the points tracked.
However, even after labeling more than 200 frames in different poses, the left paws and right paws are predicted as jumbled i.e. left paws are predicted as right paws and vice versa in many of the frames. Of course, there are some frames where predictions come out correctly but it happens consistently a lot of times. Please see one of the erroneous predicted frame here.
The videos that I use for tracking are generally 30 minute long (recorded at 80 fps) with framesize of 2048 x 2048.
Also, please see the pics of the model configuration attached.
I would really appreciate if someone can help me out here and help with predicting better. Please let me know if I need to change the model configurations to something else. Thank you!
