Hi @carson2stoker, The instances rotate as expected on (local, non-remote) Linux. Thus, the issue likely stems from the
I believe you can set the default shortcut keys used by XFCE to a non-SLEAP shortcut key. It could also be that key-presses are not being passed through to SLEAP using FastX3 + XFCE which would require changes to their software or using different software to connect remotely. Let us know how changing the XFCE shortcut key works - fingers crossed this fixes it. Otherwise, we can help you figure it out. Thanks, |

Bug description
When in the SLEAP GUI, I am trying to add instances and label. Using Alt + clicking on a node and scrolling does not do anything. I did it before on windows, but now I am using it on Linux remotely on a high performance cluster (because I have access to a GPU).
Expected behaviour
I thought the instance would rotate.
Actual behaviour
The instance does not move at all. I can see no other changes
Your personal set up
I am working remotely on nodes from the Center for High Performance Computing at the University of Utah. I use FastX3 to access this and am opening an XFCE terminal. The node has a GPU on it.
*Actually I tried also opening a XFCE desktop. When I did that, it still would not let me rotate an instance, but additionally, I could not even move a whole instance using ALT + dragging a node. When I attempted to do that it just exited sleap gui out of fullscreen and dragged the gui screen around.
