Error with centroid and centered instance models #894

Okay so here's an update:
The problem seems to be local to our servers. It likely originated when our data center got an upgrade and some things got moved around. The computers we were running training on basically just stopped working for us, and we don't have an answer yet for why/what happened. We are able to run training on a different machine in the meantime.
Thanks for all the help. We will keep trouble shooting over here and figure out what got switched around.
