Copy Docs Workflow from TARDIS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The docs workflow(and others) are different and outdated unlike the workflows in TARDIS. Copy over that workflow or investigate ways where we could keep infrastructure consistent across repositories.

Same workflows everywhere.

Either copy workflows or somehow reuse.
