Allow specifying charsets to offer in the configuration file #5

At the moment, leafpad has a fixed set of charsets it offers in the drop-down menu in the open dialog (plus the system locale). It would be nice if this list could be added to or overridden via the leafpad configuration file.

This issue is somewhat related to #4 .

I know what to do.

Adding a "keep as default" check button to the "Other Codeset" dialog and saving it to the config would work.

However, I don't have the time to do that. Can someone make a pull request?

@tarot231 : You're only talking to me here, there isn't any other audience. Do you have a mailing lists of users? Or contacts who are distro package maintainers?

There is no such thing. That was 10 years ago.
