[Bug]: Media Preview is broken on media details page

Describe the bug

On the media details page, one can not see the video.

This was reported by Abhilash as possibly being a Chrome issue but the tattle team started noticing broken video previews last week. Both these might be related.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to the dashboard
2. Find a video query
3. Click on "View media details page"
   or
4. Directly visit a query detail page by URL shared by DAU secratariat

Expected behavior

On the top of the page there should be a preview of the video that I can click "Play" on to see the video
