Default Permission part of autogenerated plugin's permissions is misleading

The Default Permission part in plugin's doc is misleading. related discussions

I traced it back to here: the problem already existed when the permissions' reference.md file was autogenerated.

the unordered list of Default Permission was actually a separate part from the permission description, but when it was autogenerated, there was a lack of a clear separation, which made it easy to be misunderstood as part of Granted Permissions or Denied Permissions when it was presented.

as the items in the list are schemas of permissions, I'd suggest to add a subtitle for them like #### Permission Schemas.
